FROM A FIRST CONVERSATION TO A FIRST QUEST
You share the location, a map or photos, and a contact who knows the grounds. We agree scope, price and timing.
We create the EN/PL quests, guest page and materials. Your team receives a version to review.
A hotel team member walks the routes with a phone. We make amendments, and your property approves the version for launch.
We publish the approved package and deliver the QR materials. After the agreed period, we review feedback and discuss the next step.
The hotel confirms on-site access and current conditions. Natuqo prepares the content and application, and handles changes within the agreed support scope.
FOR PLACES WITH SOMETHING TO DISCOVER
Start where guests have access to a garden, park or quiet path. We welcome enquiries from hotels in Poland and internationally.
For a branded property, we first identify the operator, decision-maker and any required brand or technology approvals.

Your proposal covers setup for one property and agreed ongoing support. Price, pilot duration, timing and included updates are defined before work starts. Tell us about your location and we will prepare a tailored proposal.
The quests are designed for guests to use independently. Reception gives a short introduction and shares the QR code. Children take part with an adult. The hotel also appoints someone to check the routes and report changes.
An internet connection is needed to first open and save the content. A new quest starts only after its status is checked online; a previously started quest remains available without a connection. Previously saved content can also be read offline. Guests need to confirm current on-site conditions with reception — saved content does not confirm that a route is currently open. Offline storage also depends on the browser and available device storage.
Natuqo prepares content from the property’s materials. A hotel team member checks the route, access, surfaces and restrictions on site. After amendments, the hotel approves the version for publication. A short route does not in itself establish wheelchair access.
The property reports the change through the agreed channel, and Natuqo updates the status within the agreed support arrangements. Reception stops recommending that quest until confirmed. An offline copy cannot receive an update without reconnecting. An indoor alternative needs a suitable space and safe conditions.
No. Progress is stored locally in that browser, without syncing between devices. Guests can delete it. Progress expires after 30 days of inactivity the next time the app is used.
The package includes English and Polish. Guests can switch languages without losing progress. We handle international enquiries in English; additional languages require a separate agreement.
We agree a simple way to collect guest and reception feedback. The review covers the information actually collected, team workload and potential improvements. The current version does not collect automatic statistics on quest starts or completions.
