Natuqo terms of use
Version R1.2 — 1 October 2026.
1. Operator and scope
The operator is Bartosz Fiałek, who personally runs the Natuqo project. Contact address: ul. Żołnierzy I Armii Wojska Polskiego 10 lok. B6, 81-383 Gdynia, Poland. Contact and complaints: hello@natuqo.com.
This website presents the product to hotels, enables enquiries about cooperation and provides a free demo. It does not accept orders, payments or bookings. A paid deployment requires a separate agreement on the contracting party, scope, price and terms of cooperation.
2. Demo features
You can explore five short quests, choose Polish or English, save progress and an optional note in your browser, download offline content and generate a PNG keepsake. No account or app installation is required.
The “Leśna Przystań” / “Woodland Retreat” demo depicts an invented place. Its descriptions, routes and distances demonstrate how the product works. They are not directions for a real location. Content is prepared in advance. The service does not provide an AI chat, locate you, identify species or check live weather.
3. Requirements and use
The website requires a browser supporting HTML and CSS; the interactive demo also requires JavaScript. Internet is needed for the first visit, downloading offline content and checking current status before a new start. Saving progress requires available website storage. If persistent storage is unavailable, the app tells you and may work in the current page's memory.
Offline downloads, PNG and system sharing depend on your browser and device. You can download a PNG if system sharing is unavailable. Private mode, storage-saving settings and clearing data may restrict or remove saved information. Your internet provider may charge for connectivity.
You can read and save these terms before use. A selected feature starts at your request. You may stop at any time by leaving the page; this incurs no fee and does not itself erase progress. To remove saved information, use the property data deletion option or your browser settings.
4. Progress and offline use
Progress stays in this browser and does not sync to other devices. Tabs of the same website share progress when the browser makes storage available. Progress and notes expire after 30 days of inactivity and are removed when the app next processes stored data. Downloaded content and language have separate deletion rules, described in the privacy notice.
After downloading, wait for the offline-ready message. A saved package does not establish that a route is currently open. The app blocks a new start if it cannot confirm the required status. A started quest retains its saved instructions; “Full route and return” remains available after completion and reopening. Without a connection, the app cannot know about later changes in conditions.
5. Responsible use and materials
The demo does not replace navigation or an emergency contact service. In a real outdoor setting, follow local signs, permitted routes and the land manager's current instructions. Children take part with an adult. Do not feed or lure wildlife, touch nests or damage nature. Not observing something is a valid response; you do not need to leave a path to find it.
Do not provide unlawful content, infringe others' rights, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorised access. You may use materials through the provided features, including saving and sharing your own keepsake. Further use of materials must respect copyright and statutory permissions.
6. Notes, PNG and contact
Your optional note stays local. Including it in a PNG requires a separate choice. You initiate downloading and sharing. Removing app data does not remove copies saved or shared elsewhere.
Correspondence is handled through the business mailbox hello@natuqo.com provided by OVHcloud. An email link opens your email program; clicking it does not send a message or confirm delivery.
7. Preparing a hotel deployment
The hotel supplies a map, photos or a short video, available paths and restrictions, and a contact who knows the grounds. Natuqo remotely prepares quests, PL/EN content, the page and materials. A hotel employee walks the proposed route, reports issues and confirms local conditions. After revisions, the hotel approves a specific version; only then is access made available to guests. Later restrictions are reported through the agreed channel.
A personal visit by Natuqo's founder is not a standard requirement. A map cannot replace an on-site check by someone familiar with the grounds. Providing this demo does not approve any real hotel or route.
8. Problems, complaints and changes
Send a complaint or technical report to hello@natuqo.com or the contact address in section 1. Describe the issue, identify the page or quest and provide a way to reply. Add browser details and the incident time if they help explain the issue. You do not need to disclose your private note. The operator replies within 14 days of receiving a report. This is not an emergency or round-the-clock support service.
The service may be updated; technical interruptions and restrictions on new starts are possible. Changes to these terms are dated and versioned, published on this page and apply to continued use. They do not retrospectively change how earlier events are assessed. You can stop using the service and remove local data. These terms do not limit mandatory user rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
